I curse Verizon Wireless
I hate Verizon Wirless, I hate them a lot right now. I tried to register to use their online account manager this morning, but it kept saying the info I entered did not match their records. So I called to figure out what the hell their issue was. They asked me my name and to verify who I am they asked for my last for digits of my SSN. This is where they inform my I didn’t give them the correct SSN. Like hell I did not! I think I know my own personal info. So now I have to go to a store and show them my Drivers License and my SS Card to prove that I am actually me. I should have known something like this was wrong, when I signed up the misspelled my name. I swear, all this hell just cause some brain dead idiot could not enter my information correctly into the computer and now all of a sudden I am not me. Funny how they don’t seem to have a problem billing me and taking my money even though they think I am not me.
And the whole lamest part of this is that I am not going to change carriers. And they know I wont cause if I change I lose my phone number and I don’t want to lose my phone number cause that is a pain in the ass. I can’t wait till they pass this law that says you can take your cell number with you between carriers.
