Pride For Life� v5.0 update

So I am sure you are all just super curious as to how PFL has been going this time around. I started up hard core last week. In general I was a good little boy. I did swim on MWF and I went to the gym on Tuesday, but I took a day off on Thursday. It’s ok though, this is not the start of me flaking, this is my first week back after not working out in forever, I can’t just kill myself. So I took a day off.

I have no idea if I lost any weight yet, I am actually kind of scared of my scale right now. I don’t want it to say I gained weight, I could not handle it.

It does feel good to be swimming again. I am so painfully out of shape. I can only swim at one speed right now (drift). But it’s cool, we have a really nice coach, and every one I swim with is cool. They just let me go last, and they pass me when I totally bite the dust. So far I have been leaving practice early, I have not done the full 1.5 hour practice yet. I am working my way up to that.

This week is when Ben and I are going to start working out together. This should be way cool. I always go to the gym alone, and that is just not as fun or as motivating. Hopefully I will be ripped in no time.

My goal for PFL is to get rid of my gut, and look damn good in a tank top.
