Sigh
It official people, I weighed myself this morning (something I have not done in a really long time) and I am officially the heaviest I have ever been. I would like to say I have gained a whole whack of muscle but that is not the case, I am straight up fat. So my buddy Ben and I have decided to do something and we are both going on the South Beach Diet starting next Monday.
I will be tracking my profess here for all you guys to read, cause I know you are all SOO painfully interested in this. I will have a six pack again damn it!!!!!!!!!!
I believe this will officially be Pride For Life™ v6.0
