So training for the AIDS Ride has begun. I did my first official ride which was a two day ride. I only rode one of the two days because of rain. I died, but in my defence it was a VERY tough ride. Literally the first 60 miles of the first day is pure hills. But it just proves I need some major training. All is good, I still have like a year to train, and by June of 2005 I will be in super cycling shape. Yee haw!
