A little bike TLC

I took my bike to the bike shop yesterday to get it all nice and tuned up before the ride. My bike may not get that kind of maintenance too often, but it does get it when it counts :) One of these days I swear I am going to start upgrading components on that sucker. I want to shifter and derailers and stuff, mine just don't work right even when tuned up perfect. But what I want to replace it with is not cheap so it wont happen for a while.

The AIDS Life Cycle is 2 weeks away now. I am kind of scared. I am going to get my ass kicked. I need to make sure to bring mass quantities of ibuprofen on this ride. I just hope it does not rain. Riding in the rain is a drag. But I am supper excited about the ride. I know it's going to be a blast.

If anyone is in LA June 11th, come to closing ceremonies and say hi!!!!!!
