Gym?

I started my new workout routine a few weeks ago. And I have been really good about it. I created a schedule that I wrote down and posted on the wall and everything. However this week I am not home. I was supposed to workout yesterday but I got home late and I was tired so I was a total slacker. But I was going to workout this morning. I was all ready, dressed and stuff, but when I looked into the hotel gym, every machine was full! Damn! I will hit the gym tonight. It's still ok. I am a day off schedule right now this week, but it's OK. My schedule is currently such that I am not going every day anyway.

I will be thin and beautiful! Ok atually I am alreayd beautiful. I just want to carry around less weight on the AIDS Life Cycle...cause thats far!!!!

Good Luck with the workout plan for your cycling event!
Funny, you want to lose a few pounds and I have been trying to bulk up on muscle weight. But I managed to hit my goal of 195. Will maintain it somewhere between 195 and 200 and work on bringing down the bodyfat percentage a bit.

I have to laugh how you have managed to eeak in your blog reading between work training. Shame on you (don't feel bad...I use to fudge doing similar things like that at work)! It is kind of addicting though, don't you think?

I can't help it! Training is boring! Learning is boring! When I am in class at school I sit there on my laptop connected wirelessly to the internet while the professor speaks. Honeslty I don't know how I survived gettig my undergrad without a laptop and wireless internet. I know I could not do that now....
