I microwave my ice cream
It's true. My Hubby thinks I am a total freak. But I like soft semi-melted ice cream. So to ensure I get ice cream the way I like I microwave it a smidgen before I eat it.
Sure mock me if you must, but I am sure I will start a trend! Mark my words, you will all microwave your ice cream soon enough!

Since your sharing - I like my ice cream rock solid cold, so you can chew it. I know I eat ice cubes too. So after you scoop it you put it back in the freezer to harden up if it is a little soft. When you take it out of the freezer pour a little milk on it. The mike freezes too to form a crust on it. Yum.
