I am never selling a house again....
Selling your house totally sucks! You have to paint all your walls, you have to steam cleann your carpets, you have to remove 2/3 of your furniture. You basically have to make it look like no one lives there, even though you are still living there!
Well almost every wall is painted now. But it still look like a bomb went off inside with stuff piled everywhere in preparation to be packed and moved to the storage unit.
I never want to do this again.....
I hope the loft sells in like two days....

Why do you have to paint the walls? I have watched those designed to sell shows. But your place looked nice from the photos and vid I saw.

i think when i sell my house, i will tell the prospective buyers that they get what they see. if they want to paint the house, they can do so after they write me the check...i mean, it's paint. if people are basing their decision on the wall colour, they are very short sighted about a new home.
