3200 yards baby!!!!!

Today's swim practice totally rocked. I did 3200 yards which I think is the most I have done since I started back up. And our main set was crazy. Not in a hard sense (though it was kinda hard) but in a confusing sense!

We did a BS21

It's 21 100's.
Every hundred divisible by 3 or containing a 3 was IM
Every hundred divisible by 7 or containing a 7 was non free
the 21st was 200 IM

So basically it was:

  3. 100 IM
  4. 100 free
  5. 100 free
  6. 100 IM
  7. 100 non free
  8. 100 free
  9. 100 IM
  10. 100 free
  11. 100 free
  12. 100 IM

  21. 200 IM
