Weight Loss Update

OK the weight loss competition is in full swing!

Over Thanksgiving week I managed to keep my weight flat, which is good considering I had two Thanksgiving dinners! The next week (which is last week) I lost a couple pounds! So the diet is starting to totally work! And this morning I added Yoga to my plan. Yoga is HARD! I had never done it before. I am gonna like it.

yoga IS hard, but it's awesome. i used to do it in college. you don't realize how much of a workout it is.
