Pride For Life X

I am on the fitness band wagon....again.....

But this time I am taking names and kicking ass!!!!!! I have organized a "Biggest Loser" competition with friends. Just a fun way to for people to stay motivated and keep track of their progress. I am doing rather well. I have lost 11 pounds total so far, we have been at it for 3 weeks now. I have been eating better, and hitting the gym twice a day. I lift before work and do cardio during my lunch hour. This system has been working well for me.

I just finally decided I could not stand being fat anymore. I have gained a good 60 pounds since starting my job here in Sacramento 7 years ago. I don't wanna be fat anymore! So it's time for a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix diet, or going to the gym for a week then stopping. It has not been super easy, but I wake up and do my thing every day. If I don't go to the gym I feel massively guilty, which is exactly the state I wanna be in.

My first goal is to drop bellow 200 pounds again. Once I reach that goal we will decide what to do from there. I don't wanna be skinny, I actually wanna be more muscly so I can't just pick an arbitrary weight and go for it, but I do wanna be sub 200 again. But since muscle does weight more then fat, once I hit 200 I will re-evaluate how I wanna proceed.

I added some before shots to this point, hopefully in a few months time I will add progress shots the gut will be greatly diminished....
