Backwards progress....

Well last week totally sucked for me. I managed to gain 1.5 pounds, even though I was still hitting the gym. This just proves that diet is HUGE when it comes to losing weight. I was so good the first 4 weeks, but last week I never went grocery shopping, I ate out several times and was generally a dumb ass. NOW look at me, 1.5 pounds heavier....

OH well, I can't sit and be all bitchy, I need action. I am going to the grocery store tonight and I am getting my diet back on track, no more slip-ups, time to be hard core again!

I realize this is old news, but there is nothing wrong with gaining weight while working out. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Where are you? It's July and this post was from February!
