I'm kinda crazy

You know I have been on a fitness kick. Starting Jan 5th I started a crazy workout and lose weight program. My main goal was to get below 200 pounds again. Well yesterday morning while at the gym I decided I needed more then one goal. I decided I was going to do a triathlon. So I got on the web after my workout and I found one I wanted to do. It's not a full triathlon, it's a "sprint" triathlon. This one is 0.5 miles swim, 16 mile bike, 3 mile run.

I think it's going to be fun, in that crazy painful sort of way. I mean come on, I have ridden my bike from SF to LA twice now, I can do this! Starting today I am modifying my workout to build up to this event. Swimming is cake, I already can crank that out. Biking will be cake (obviously), the one thing I don't do is run. So I need to start running which I have started.

I can't wait!
